SHIPPING + DELIVERY POLICY
We offer free delivery on South African orders over R1,500.
MADE TO ORDER
Every Three Wise Chimps garment is made to order in Cape Town, South Africa.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your garment enters production with our local makers. Each piece is cut, made and finished specifically for your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders to major centres in South Africa are generally made and delivered within 14 calendar days.
Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer. Delivery times may also be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your delivery address and order.
We offer free delivery on South African orders over R1,500.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow time for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and correct before placing your order.
Three Wise Chimps cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout. If an order must be redirected or delivered again, additional courier charges may apply.
COURIER DELAYS
We work with third-party courier partners to deliver orders. While we do everything reasonably possible to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, strikes, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.
These delays do not affect any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@threewisechimps.com.
Please include your order number and any relevant photographs so that we can assist you promptly.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Where international delivery is available, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may affect the estimated delivery time.
