SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Upon receipt and clearance of payment, and subject to product availability, Three Wise Chimps strives to process your order within 7-10 working days. Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery or self-collection details.

Please note that while we make every effort to maintain stock at our dispatch center, Three Wise Chimps collaborates with multiple suppliers. As a result, certain items may be dispatched directly from the supplier’s premises or may require manufacturing upon receipt of your order. In such cases, you will be promptly notified of any potential delays or changes in delivery timeframes.

We partner with various suppliers and courier companies to facilitate delivery. While we aim for timely and efficient deliveries, certain external factors such as strikes, delayed transport, public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen operational issues may affect shipping timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by such external events. However, in the event of any significant delay, we will keep you informed about the status of your order.

Force Majeure:
In circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or disruptions to transportation or power supply, Three Wise Chimps shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to fulfill our obligations under this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in delivery or fulfillment of your order.
